We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the retailer (Customer service number:  080-67466729). Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate if your order has been confirmed.

If wrong product has been delivered or is spoiled, We will commonly coordinate a time to pick up the product for a return.  In these instances, returns are usually accepted within 5 days of the purchase.  Refunds are processed as soon the product is returned and typically hit your bank account within 3-5 business days after bank processing.

In order to place an order you will have to register as a user in Talli registeration Page.

1. Add Your favorite drinks to the cart 
2. Add your address 
3. Make payment. 
4. Get delivery in just under 60 minutes.

We work very hard to deliver your favorite drinks in just under 60 minutes. 

Although, Delivery times are subject to variables such as time of day, order volume, and traffic conditions. In most areas, deliveries take under an hour. There are some areas where will have a larger window in order to go a greater distance from the store.

How to Track Order?

You will be notified at each every step of delivery. Turn on Push Notification for Talli in the settings so you can get delivery updates on your phone.

You can also Track your order by going to "My orders" in Profile tab of the App. select the order for which you want to check updates for. Click on "Track Order".  You can also call the delivery boy after the order has been "accepted" for delivery status.
