Terms & Conditions

The terms you agree to by using Talli. Talli is a discovery service: it does not accept alcohol orders, collect payment, issue invoices, or arrange pickup or delivery.

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Operator agreement and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of TalliDrinks websites and apps operated by Talli Drinks LLP, Shop No 1, Amanda Shopping Center, Hiranandani Meadows, Thane West 400610, Maharashtra, India. Email: support@tallidrinks.com. By selecting the Terms acceptance control when creating an account or submitting content, you agree to these Terms. Please read the linked policies before using the relevant features. Optional personal data consent is requested separately and is not created merely by accepting these Terms.

2. Definitions and linked documents

Talli or the Platform means our discovery and knowledge service. A Retailer is an independent business that holds the permissions applicable to its activities. A Brand or Partner is a business that supplies authorised content or receives approved services. Content includes catalogue facts, editorial material and user contributions. An Insight is an approved report designed to describe aggregate trends. Privacy, age, state access, community, advertising and intellectual property policies govern their respective subjects. Mandatory law prevails if a provision conflicts with it.

3. Launch services and boundaries

We provide learning, sourced catalogue information, comparisons, permitted retailer information, private preference tools and moderated public reviews. Lawfully approved sponsored placements may be displayed and approved aggregate reports may be supplied to partners. At launch Talli does not accept an alcohol order, reserve alcohol, collect its purchase price, issue a sales invoice, arrange pickup or delivery, or fulfil an alcohol purchase. A new transaction service would require separate terms and approvals before activation.

4. Adult eligibility and geographic access

Talli is intended for adults aged 18 or above. This platform floor does not establish a right to purchase or consume alcohol. Higher applicable local, activity, beverage, licence and permit requirements govern relevant features. Feature availability depends on applicable state, union territory and local restrictions. In prohibited or unverified locations, commercial retailer, price, referral and promotional functions are restricted. We may provide only approved neutral education, responsible drinking, privacy and support content. You must supply accurate eligibility and relevant location information. Do not misrepresent age, use another person’s account, bypass access controls or seek prohibited activity through a neighbouring area.

5. Account authentication and recovery

Accounts use phone or email OTP authentication. Keep your contact details current and protect access to the receiving device or mailbox. Never share an OTP with another user or someone claiming to offer unofficial support. Notify support promptly of suspected account misuse. We may use proportionate verification for recovery or safety and explain the information required. We do not routinely require an identity document for ordinary discovery accounts. Permitted general information can be browsed without an account. Signing in is required for account-based functions such as private saves and posting reviews; public legal, privacy, deletion and support pages do not require it.

6. Information sources prices and ranking

Catalogue and retailer information may come from authorised business submissions, licensed sources, public information and editorial work. We identify sources or update information where practical. Prices and availability are dated discovery information, not a quote, stock guarantee or offer by Talli to sell alcohol. Organic ranking may reflect query relevance, selected filters, information quality, freshness and optional preferences. Approved paid placement is visibly labelled and must not be represented as an independent endorsement or undisclosed best result. A legal or permission review can restrict branded catalogue facts and price lists as well as advertisements. No information label creates an exemption from applicable excise law. We explain the principal ranking factors and their relative importance in How Talli Works. Paid content must be separately identified and cannot be passed off as an organic result.

7. Preference signals and external interactions

Likes, saves, comparisons and interested signals help you organise information. They do not place an order, reserve stock, constitute purchase intent binding on you, or verify alcohol eligibility. We do not send your individual preference history or contact details to a retailer merely because you view, like or save a listing. When you choose a permitted external link, the destination may receive ordinary connection information and handle your interaction under its own notice. We identify external destinations where practical.

8. Separation from retailers

Retailers independently control their licensed activities, actual inventory, retail prices, invoices, sales acceptance and legal age or permit checks. A listing is not a certification by Talli that every activity of that retailer is authorised. Talli remains responsible for its own service, statements and data handling to the extent required by law. Contact us about an incorrect or misleading listing even when a separate seller handles a purchase outside Talli.

9. Public content and permitted conduct

Before posting, accept the Community Guidelines. Your selected public name, review and uploaded content may be visible to others. You are responsible for truthful contributions and rights to any assets you submit. Do not publish illegal offers, underage drinking material, smuggling advice, harmful drinking challenges, personal identity documents, private information, harassment or undisclosed paid reviews. Legitimate critical reviews are allowed under the content rules.

10. User content licence

You retain ownership of your original contributions. You grant Talli a non exclusive permission to host, format, display and technically distribute the content for the features where you submit it, including moderation, accessibility and safety processing. This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising endorsements, sale of your personal information or use of your identifiable review in partner reports. It ends for deleted content when ordinary deletion completes, subject to necessary caches, lawful preservation and copies independently made by others.

11. Intellectual property and prohibited extraction

Talli and its licensors retain rights in the software, original editorial material, catalogue arrangement and authorised assets. You may use the service personally and share available links or authorised sharing outputs. Do not circumvent security, remove attribution, impersonate a partner, extract restricted databases, infringe third party rights or conduct unauthorised commercial scraping. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits.

12. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Notice explains personal data collection and use, including preference signals and optional insight contribution. Privacy Choices allows withdrawal of optional permissions and requests. Authentication, security and essential service messages are separate from optional marketing. We do not treat silence, a save or a third party retailer visit as promotional consent.

13. Fees cancellations and changes to service

The launch consumer discovery service has no alcohol purchase charge and no alcohol order to cancel. Signed business arrangements govern approved partner fees. Any future consumer paid digital feature will state its price, billing method and cancellation terms before purchase and comply with the relevant store rules. We may correct information or change features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting users where practicable.

14. Moderation suspension and termination

We may restrict content or access for credible safety concerns, legal requirements, account compromise or material breach. Where lawful and practical, we explain the reason and provide a review route; immediate action may be needed to prevent harm or comply with an order. An affected user can contact support with the decision reference. You may delete your account through the in app flow or external deletion page. Data handling after closure follows the retention schedule.

15. Service risks and liability

Alcohol information is not medical advice, a recommendation to drink or an assurance of lawful availability. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service and correct reported errors but cannot guarantee every third party fact or uninterrupted access. Any exclusion or limitation operates only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or remedies for our own unlawful conduct. We do not impose a blanket consumer indemnity for using lawful discovery features.

16. Complaints governing law and updates

Indian law governs these Terms. Contact Talli Drinks LLP, Shop No 1, Amanda Shopping Center, Hiranandani Meadows, Thane West 400610, Maharashtra, India. Email: support@tallidrinks.com. Grievance and statutory complaint routes remain available. A competent court or consumer forum may exercise jurisdiction as applicable law provides; these Terms do not require a consumer to waive a mandatory forum or remedy. Material updates will be notified through the service where practicable, with versions available in the Legal Hub. New optional processing purposes require separate notice and consent where required. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue.

Talli Drinks LLP is registered with limited liability. Support and grievance routing: support@tallidrinks.com.
