Shin Umeshu Whisky is a unique Japanese liqueur crafted from Japanese plums (ume) and blended whisky. It offers a sweet and tart flavor profile with rich umami notes and a hint of whisky warmth. This umeshu is perfect for sipping on its own, over ice, or as a refreshing addition to cocktails.
Shin Umeshu Whisky leads with toffee, vanilla and warm spice. Rounded and mellow, the oak showing most on the finish.
