Chianti is a defined area in Tuscany and the wine takes its name from that place, with Sangiovese making up the bulk of the blend and a limited share of other permitted grapes allowed. Many people in India know Chianti from the straw-wrapped round bottle used in restaurants, called a fiasco, though most Chianti today is sold in ordinary bottles.
SENSI CHIANTI is bottled at 14% ABV.
Sensi Chianti tastes of bright cherry, leather and a hint of balsamic. The body is generous, the tannins firm but ripe, and the finish stays dry rather than sweet.
