Delete your Talli account

1. Which app this page is for

This page is for accounts on Talli, the drinks discovery app by Talli Drinks (Talli Drinks LLP), on Android, iPhone and this website. One account works in all three, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere. You can ask for deletion whether or not you still have the app installed.

2. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Talli app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Account Privacy > Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

You are signed out straight away.

3. Delete your account without the app

Either of these works, and neither needs the app:

• On this website. Sign in, open My Profile, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page: type DELETE, then select Delete My Account.
• By email. Email support@tallidrinks.com with the subject Account Deletion, from the email address on your Talli account. We use the address you write from to find your account, so please send it from that one.

4. What happens when you delete your account

• You are signed out on every device, and the account can no longer be used to log in.
• Your account disappears from Talli: from the app and this website, from the tools our team uses, and from our emails and push notifications.
• A full copy of your account is moved into a locked archive. It is encrypted, it is never used for marketing or analytics, and our staff cannot browse it.
• For 30 days we can restore your account if you ask: email support@tallidrinks.com.
• After 30 days the archive is erased automatically, and it cannot be restored after that.
• During those 30 days, signing up again with the same email address or mobile number tells you the date the account was deleted and the date until which it can be restored. Once it has been erased, you can use them to sign up again as a new customer.

5. What is erased

When the archive is erased after 30 days, this is removed for good:

• your profile: name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender and profile photo
• your password and login details
• your saved addresses and their map locations
• your wishlist, favourites and cart
• the push notification token for your devices
• anything else tied to your account that is not listed in section 6

6. What is kept, with no name attached

• Ratings and reviews you wrote stay on product and store pages, with no name attached.
• Scans, views and searches stay in our statistics, with no name attached.
